        took my Pom in for a groom - only took 45 minutes where i usually take him they have him for 1.45 hours - he was still damp - not trimmed enough he looks like a yeti - and they didnt remove any of his knots! wont be going back

        Sadly not good for us. We have the Bichon dogs which were cut way too short and unevenly done. from the heads and ears was noting taken. Our regular groomer was booked up so we used the groom room. The ladies are very nice and friendly, maybe we were just unlucky.
