As a personal trainer myself and someone interested in the intricacies of the human body I have had the privilege of working with and also to be helped as a student by Harry N. Harry's wonderfully deep understanding of the mechanical functioning of the human body would be enough of a testament of his capacity but the fact that he allies this phenomenal depth of anatomical knowledge with a more holistic approach to guiding the body in its search/ return to balance is in my opinion what makes him and his work a reference of the highest quality.

Harry is very knowledgeable, he was my personal trainer for a couple of years when I was living in London. Thanks for all the amazing sessions!!

My daughter was out at 7.30am on a winters morning to train with Harry. Not many 16 year old would be! Harry worked on strength and conditioning, making sure that the body was strong to then move onto higher CV work, to eliminate any injuries. On other sessions, Harry trained over the Downs to make sure all 3 sessions per week covered strength and CV work. Harry is engaging and is in his own league in the PT world.

Kogmas approach is very thorough and knowledgeable. Harry was able to identify my movement issues and develop a rehab plan that suited me. With constant work on both parts results are quick to show :)

Harry Norman was my personal trainer for three years when I was working in London. His philosophy to training is holistic: listen and observe, learn the capabilities of the mind and body, and adjust the training to fit the minds and bodys demands by building strength, raising confidence, and increasing the ability to endure mental and physical stress.
