Want to make it clear that this review is given from an employee experience, rather than a service user. Partner used to work here and the experience was horrible. The way they treated her was absolutely disgusting. Worked her to the bone, day in, day out. Treated her awfully and shown absolutely no care, compassion or support throughout - especially the manager. The amount of times she came home crying and terrified to go back was unreal. Got to the winter and they overworked so much she got sick to the point of being hospitalised. When she returned to work they had her outside all day in the pouring rain and up and down flights of stairs constantly despite being physically weak and having a weakened immune system and being signed for light duties only by her doctor. Thinking of getting a job here? Save yourself the trouble. It's not worth it.

My son has been at MightySaurus (Grove Lodge now) for over a year. All the staff have been great with him and he loves going. There's a great menu of food offered to the kids and a wide range of activities. Would highly recommend it.

This is the most supportive and friendly work environment I have ever been in! I started at Mightysaurus Nursery as an apprentice and after being supported through my level 3, have since progressed into leadership positions and management. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and upper management are always there when you need them. I have learnt so much since starting my journey with the company and am so pleased I chose to further my career in childcare with the Saurus group.

I have been working at Mightysaurus for over 4 years, the team are so welcoming and friendly. They are always happy to help and are always supporting each other through work and home life situations. The children are always happy to come in, and are supported through every stage of their development. All staff have strong bonds with the children and are always there for them as well as the parents.
