        Very lazy, couldn't be bothered to help me today, so he sent me to his crazy friend at station road in Burgess Hill. Thank God I didn't spend any money on your shop. Keep working hard...at one point I thought you were asleep behind the counter. HE DOESN'T DO WESTERN UNION TRANSFERS, even though he has a sign on his door claiming that he does.

        Terrible Service! Rude and unwelcoming. Claims that the Western Union service is out of order (can't be bothered) when asked where the next nearest agent was he said Crawley or Brighton. There is actually another 2 in Burgess Hill and others in Haywards heath. I used a lovely lady at Lower Church Road Newsagents who handled the transaction whilst balancing her regular customers which is to be expected. There was another WU customer that had received the same poor level of service from Wivelsfield Newsagents today on WU.
