I then pointed out that it was Hannah who I was supposed to be seeing and asked why I was being cancelled. The young lady was apologetic but said it was what Hannah had said.
I later went in to Perfect 10 and saw Hannah who then said the other customer was a bride. At no time did anyone ask me why I wanted my nails done. As a matter of principle I shall never use them again. They need to learn a lot about customer service!
