Amazing customer service. I ordered a double Solar Buddy for my grandchildren I received an email saying that because of the amazing response after Dragons Den the company had sold out and was currently restocking so my order would be late. I said I needed them in 2 weeks and asked how long they would take. They emailed me straight back and said they had 2 singles which they would sent me. I received these 2 days later What amazing service. Would definitely recommend Janet

EDIT: The product arrived on Thursday 15 Sept, having contacted them again it was down to late dispatch. As I had already received a refund, I offerred to pay for the item but they allowed me to keep it for free. I misunderstood this business, a lot of the issues are just down to a poor website. The contact I made to them on Monday through their website didn't seem to go through to them (instead I used their e-mail address which works). Changing my experience to 4 stars. Original review: Don't bother, time wasters. Ordered on their website on Friday 9 September, has "Free 48 hour delivery written everywhere" so I was hoping it would be dispatched on Saturday or Monday latest. Instead today is Wednesday 14 September and I have not even had a dispatch notification. I tried to e-mail them on Monday 12 September to check if it was being posted but they ignored me, still not heard anything from them. I tried to check my order number on their website order tracking and it keeps saying my order doesn't exist. The whole situation seems like I've been scammed. Raised a PayPal dispute and ordered of Amazon instead, that's the last time I try to help out small businesses.

Ordered an item on Monday midday, and paid 5.99 for next day delivery which did not happen, it was then supposed to arrive the next day (Wed) for which I had to change two appointments, however, it still didnt arrive. It eventually arrived on the Thursday. I have kept Suncare aware by email on three occasions of my disappointment and requested a refund of the 5.99 Next Day charge. They are obviously reluctant to reply to my communications or to admit to an error. I hate giving negative reviews unless the service justifies it, this is justification to the extreme.

I ordered 3 items from here and only one turned up, I've tried to call but the phones are out of service due to COVID, everyone is back at work now so it's no excuse to have a phone line unavailable, I have emailed and got no reply. I go on holiday next week so I imagine I'll have to spend more money to cover the items that never arrived. I have had it confirmed that the given email address for the sun are shop doesn't work, I've had 4 emails come back as undelivered. Absolute joke of a company. As you can see they have replied to this review, Ive emailed them twice since their reply and they still haven't emailed me back, customer service ISH absolutely shocking. Do yourself a favour and avoid these thieves.
