Impressive modern development by Award winning family firm wide range of houses and flats in a mixture of modern and traditional styles with a lovely community parkland at its heart with landscaped ponds playing areas children's play equipment and the fine new community centre and busy co-op local. Well laid out roads and amenity spaces on the historic site of the last of many brickworks which was the major industry for many years and a small scale commercial industry before the town as such existed.

Great ideas and poor designs. Problems with the houses themselves not withstanding(subsidence) even the estate itself is badly designed. homes with garages and no parking spaces. You cannot get buggies by because cars bump onto all the pavements forcing you to walk In the road on a blind corner. It does deserve 1 star for the playgrounds.
