Things started really well, they came with enterprise to pick up my car and they kept me in the loop throughout the repair.
There was confusion after the repair as apparently they were meant to drop my car off and collect the courtesy car but never did so I had to drop that off myself.
Upon seeing my car after it was dropped off, I noticed my back light was broken (it wasnt before I gave it to them).
I emailed before & after photos and they took full responsibility. I think I would have much preferred them to just tell me my repair was slightly delayed and fix it before dropping it off as they knew it had been broken.
They did collect my car again and fix the light and promised to reimburse the fuel they had used.
Unfortunately, when dropping the car off, that communication was never passed on so I had to complain again. I was told to top my car up with 10 of fuel and email a receipt, send my bank details to them and it would be refunded.
I did this on Friday 31st March. It is now Thursday 13th April and I still have not been reimbursed. I have chased this and still waiting for an update.
I think they are a good company but they really need to work on their communication as this is not good enough. It is a shame as they are lovely gents. Service: Body & Trim
