my parents bought my son gyroscope from here, but it doesn't really work - cheaply made, so want a refund. The telephone number is just a recorded message. Filled out the form on the website a week ago - no reply. Then emailed - but the email was 'undeliverable' Very frustrating, not being able to contact a company that says this on their website : 'Unlike many online stores we are always happy for you to contact us directly with any queries you may have. We pride ourselves on our customer service, if you have any problem what so ever please do email us.' How do we contact you?

Received a cable guy as present. Was falling out of the box as securing part was broken, covered in cobwebs and dust and worse still had a big dribble of permanent glue running down the front of it. Have emailed address on receipt and contacted them on website. Received no response. Will complain to ombudsman if don't receive reply or refund. Ridiculous service. How do you contact them?

I would avoid this company, they happily take your money, give a fake order reference & ignore any emails
