PSP homes is a lovely and friendly family business. Buying and selling a home is such a stressful journey. Andrew and his team made the process less stressful and they were really helpful every step of the way! They were always updating me on how everything was going and were quick at retuning phone calls and emails. It was a pleasure working with them!

Interesting since I left this review, they suddenly had an influx of about 20 reviews that seemed a little similar. I would also hope they remove the information about the property we rented as this feels like a breach of GDPR /data protection. - - - - - - - - Don't touch them with a barge pole - slow to respond and poor communications. Far too many issues which meant that it took nearly 6 months to get our deposit back, apparently according to DPS they kept clicking the wrong buttons all the time. Wouldn't fix the damp - said we should leave windows open.

PSP homes provided us with superb service and advice whilst selling and buying our property. The team are absolutely fantastic, especially Andrew, Nicki and Carolyn whom we predominantly dealt with! Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they ensured we were looked after and kept up to date with any changes along the way. We have used them a number of times in the past and the service has always been exceptional. I would 100% recommend PSP Homes for anyone looking to buy or sell a property, before approaching any other Estate Agent.

Great local Estate agents with very helpful staff Andrew and his team kept us informed all the way through our Sale all went very smoothly would definitely recommend PSP if your buying or Selling in Burgess Hill or Mid Sussex
