        Appallingly bad. Ive spent more times talking to the branch of topps this year than I care to think. Not only did it take 5 weeks for the tiles to be delivered, weve just discovered they didnt even send us the tiles we ordered. Just a random other white marble from a discontinued line instead. As were one tile short - were now having to tear out the entire floor out to replace with what weve should of been sent in the first place. Ive never known such incompetence. If youre thinking about shopping here I cant recommend enough that you go somewhere else.
