        Hi Barham and the extended family of fitters Elliott, Alex and Octi(?). Thank you for fitting in our downstairs cloakroom amongst everything else. The finished product is really great, the effect that we wanted. Underfloor heating a great bonus. It is greatly admired by our visiting friends and family.

        We have used Bahram in our previous house to install a new bathroom and en-suite, which we were very pleased with. We have always had good advice and service for even smaller jobs and the service is always with a smile and Bahram does not see anything as impossible. He will always find a solution.         We have ordered a couple of bathrooms and a kitchen from 3 Step Designs over the last 15 years (the company was operating under a different name in the past). While the products they supply are at the premium end of the spectrum they are high quality products that last for many years. The installation work performed by 3 Step Designs team is usually very professional and thorough. They would not proceed on their own without having discussed every little detail with the customer. Highly recommended.
