Just under 2hrs for a delivery, then when it turns up notes on changes totally ignored and pizzas just warm,driver even admitted they had sat on the hot plate for a while they even burned the cookies tried phoning but calls were ignored joke.

Absolutely disgusting how they are treat customers!! We ordered 2 pizza for 30 in the day when was power cut. We didn't know about and they still took order online. We not receive pizza and no apologise from HR or IT and store manager in BH!!! We used yo like that store but be aware, they don't refund any money back !

Absolutely ridiculous I go into store and make my order to be told that they dont except cash payments which is stupid as its legal tender and not everybody has the money in the bank and only has cash
