Top 5* service. Over the past year Railway Garage has MOT'd serviced and repaired my and my husband's cars. All costs were clearly explained in detail, competitive quotes were provided for two rounds of repair work, excellent communication from start to finish, and even when under pressure, Ethan was able to turn around an urgent repair before our holiday without fuss. Ethan, Lucy, and their team...all brilliant. Approachable, straightforward, friendly and easy to deal with. I cannot recommend Railway Garage Ltd more highly. Absolutely the best garage Ive ever used. All the staff are understanding, helpful and kind, will often go above and beyond to help and explain things in a way that thats easy to understand. Id recommend them to anyone and feel they are definitely deserving of their praise! Would also like to thank them for being contactable via WhatsApp which is so handy when working long days and dont always have the chance to speak on the phone and would also like to thank the kind member of staff that began his day earlier than he needed to in order to unlock my car after I had locked my things inside and had deposited the key already (sorry about that) Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
