        If you havent lost a wheel driving over the potholes , you will be refused entry if your ID is not registered in West Sussex ; even if this is your nearest centre. The councillors responsible need to be held to account. Why not employ the guys checking your ID to sort out the terrible state of the roads. Dont tell me - its a different department! Pathetic

        Amazing staff ,really helpfull if you need to know where anything goes although signed very well a few things always catch you out, willing to gey in & help if your struggling

        Make sure you have proof of address as you enter otherwise you won't be able to enter. Driving licence is enough. The operatives are very helpful, and will advise which skip to put stuff in. If it's heavy or you have restricted mobility, they'll help you unload. Never a bad experience.
