        Worst experience with an estate agents was with this one in Burgess Hill. They do things that suit them and have no respect for the tenants. They also tried to say I caused damaged to the property when we left I was lucky to have photos of the damage with the daily newspaper on the day we moved in so challenged it and they apologised after several weeks. The owner James is also extremely rude he is not great with people communication.
