Avoid! Moved into the house with a broken oven, broken bar stools, a broken mattress, a filthy sofa, no desk chairs and a rat infestation. My wardrobe was broken and many times nearly fell on top of me, which could have caused serious injury. When we moved out, we left the house spotless and were still charged with 20+ hours of cleaning.. They charge a lot more for the rental of their properties than most estate agents in Brighton yet do not provide half as good service.

These guys are worth avoiding at all costs. They don't respond to tenant enquiries/complaints, but will hound tenants regularly when it suits their agenda. Incredibly slow moving, repeatedly fail to meet appointments for tradesmen to attend properties. Nigel in particular is either an incredibly poor communicator or has too many obligations to deliver on any of them effectively.

Dont rent as a student, you will be ignored or treated with passive aggressive tone when asking questions in person. Also expect to have costs taken off your deposit for ridiculous reasons.

Dont have students best interest at heart. Ripped us off. Problem after problem after problem. Told us we had mice 3 days before we moved in. Oven was broken. No desk chairs. Broken bar stools so no where to sit in the kitchen. Mattresses were poor. Boiler didnt work. Nigel was unprofessional and rude and belittled any conversation we had with him. Erica gave us false hope time and time again. Avoid at all costs. Safe to say they just arent very good at their job and enjoy ripping students off. House was spotless at the end but charged us for 20+ hours of cleaning. I wish I could give 0 stars.
