        Excellent service - both on call centre and in store. I called about stock of a camera (which not many stores have) they straight away reserved one for me and put through a click and collect order at my request over the phone, answered all my questions about payment methods as it is a large transaction and then a seamless in store experience where the clerks advised me on different memory cards that would be compatible with the camera.

        Good stock but staff not exactly welcoming. I think I was the only customer in today around 11:00, but out of the four there no one came to assist and having selected my camera bag the only conversation was Postcode? Surname? I have better service from Alexa or Siri, so online I will remain and save the petrol.
