Customer service is great, but for whatever reason i dropped it off and they said it would take about an hour as they behind. It was booked for 10:30.. So in the end I went for breakfast. Came back and still not ready. So in the end took an hour and 30 mins. But I'm sure this is a blip. No problem with MOT though guys were very good and polite. So 4 stars because of the wait
