I wanted an item from upstairs and asked a member of staff at the till. He said there is only 1 member of staff downstairs and when the other staff comes down from upstairs she can help me. So I waited 10 min. The staff came from upstairs and she refused to go up there again and said the upstairs is closed and I'm not going up and down.
Complete joke and rude member of staff BEWARE AND USE A LOCAL RETAILER INSTEAD OR GO ONLINE.
