We always choose to book our holidays at TUI in Burgess Hill. We are always greeted with a welcoming smile and feel valued as customers. The whole team are fabulous, very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We have dealt with Louise on numerous occasions and she booked our most recent holiday for us. She talked us through our options and ensured that we ended up with exactly the holiday we wanted. She is always so willing to advise from her own experiences, to give inspiration and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with, as are all the staff. We wouldnt book our holidays anywhere else.

Excellent service as always with Donna and the team at Burgess Hill branch. Been going back there for years. Would recommend them if like us you have not much idea where you want to go!

We weren't really sure what we wanted so needed some advice on what we could book that would suit our needs with our older kids. We reached out to Lene at Tui Burgess Hill who was great and explained options we had and gave us some great booking advice. Due to circumstances we haven't actually booked yet but when we are able to we know where we'll be going.
