        I had a great massage from Caz. I had an injury and Caz spent time to listen to what I wanted and needed before the treatment then did a great massage. Highly recommended

        I've been to Caz for multiple treatments including reiki, facial and foot reflexology and massage. She is so knowledgeable and extremely talented, conducting treatments intuitively. I always come away feeling well rested and rejuvenated. I love that you can mix and match 2 treatments into 1 session! I've also had the pleasure of experiencing a yoga session with Caz which I found insightful, relaxing and restfully energising.
