        Really wouldnt recommend this firm. Poor communication. Last minute requests for documents which could have been done in advance even though I told them I was on holiday. Unexpected mortgage charges at the end of the sales process which they didnt spot. Now a year from my sale I am trying to resolve an issue regarding a service charge bond I paid them to keep, its been five weeks and still no replies to my emails.

        Jessica from Bennett Oakley Solicitors did a great job when I purchased my flat. Jessica was quick to answer my questions and keep me updated. Even though there were a few problems that were out of her control she always tried to get things sorted as quickly as she could. I would definitely use Jessica again and recommend Bennett Oakley.
