        Small new estate on the edge of town with a large pond and rural atmosphere. Short walk of Ditchling Common. Attractive traditional style houses in a sought after area on the south side of the town close to the site of the former Guild of artists and craftsmen.

        Large estate full of potholes and unfinished roads we were going to purchase a property here untill we found out how narrow the roads were just about fit 2 cars side by side
