I started tuition with Graham as a guitar player who had played casually for many years without ever properly understanding the instrument. Within weeks I had a deeper understanding of the guitar and it was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I have ever made. Grahams style of tuition teaches practical techniques and theories drawing on a broad range of musical influences, which has not only expanded my knowledge and skills in a way that is consistently enjoyable and engaging, but has also given me a far deeper appreciation of the music I listen to.

I first studied with Graham Nunn as a guitar player with a few years of experience of playing under my belt. However, I chose to study with Graham to expand my skills and open my mind to new genres and playing styles. With Graham, I explored many genre's and composition techniques (Blues, Funk, Country and Jazz to name a few) and the relevant music theory principles behind these styles. With Graham's tuition, I also worked toward, and passed with merit, my Rockschool Grade 8 Electric Guitar exam, and even delved into classical guitar. Graham Nunn offers extremely professional tuition to all skill levels, and might I add, is very good value for money! David Worth

My son has been having guitar tuition with Graham for over 2 years now and really enjoys his lessons. He started off with acoustic and then moved on to electric guitar with a bit of bass in the middle! My son is able to learn music that he is interested in and Graham's lessons are very well structured. All in all it's great to have a teacher that is so dedicated and he comes highly recommended.
