I have bought probably too many teak chairs and loungers from this company over the years. After a number of years of use the wheels on one of the wheeeled loungers have delaminated. I enquired about replacements and received what can only be described as appaling customer service from a company selling top end garden furniture. Curt e-mails, unhelpful, when they seemed to be unable to understand I wanted the whole wheels and not tyres. One lost future customer and staff training needed I feel.

My garden furniture from Alexander Rose was bought more than 15yrs ago. Spent most of its life uncovered, but still looks amazing. Incredibly good product. A great investment for anyone looking for longevity and beauty. Who isnt?

We have enjoyed an Alexander Rose garden set for over 20 years. Recently while cleaning them to be fit for the "summer", I noticed a bolt was missing. I contacted the sales team and within days they supplied me FOC, four replacements. You can't get better than that !

After researching various companies and products I ordered the Rimini Corner Set on the basis that additional components and chairs from the range could be added. Despite Alexander Rose advertising these items on their websites they are in fact only supplying as part of a set. They also have not bothered to communicate this to their suppliers. I am now left with an expensive corner set which I cannot add to and cannot return. Complete misrepresentation of their products. Such a shame as the product is of very good quality.

One month ago I bought a 4-place set of Roble wood folding table and chairs and I must say that I am absolutely delighted by the design, quality and workmanship of this furniture. The only snag was that three official AR dealers in Sussex and Kent declined to sell the set that I wanted; hence I bought the set from Sussex Country Gardener at Mark Cross who were extremely helpful and provided a good servce.
