Been waiting nearly a year for my new front door, been an absolute pain, communication was non existent for 5 months after my first letter, communication was aweful after that, gave me one days notice to install, luckily I was free, couldn't do it, it was measured incorrectly! they kept giving me one days notice to install it despite me telling them numerous times I need at least a week! Finally installed today and it isn't even the door I ordered! Not the correct style or colour!
