Found this company on the net. Phoned and asked the guy if I brought 2 cartridges into him could he help. He said yes. I went there and he helped me perfectly and with some other bits. Great price, So simple. It is a pity more firms were not as good as this one. Well done TAPMAGICIAM....

Tap Magician sent me a different part to the one advertised and then insisted I pay for return. They wouldn't accept that they had sent me a different part, despite evidence on receipt and packaging. Wasted so much time not being helpful with assistance that any return would be outside their returns policy period. They may be cheap, but so is the service. Update, following reply: I followed the instructions on your site, which were clear, but at odds with info provided by manufacturer, and ultimately, incorrect. I ordered a specific part and you sent me a different one and are now trying to tell me I'm not complying with your requests and therefore at fault. BS. You wasted a week going round the houses trying to avoid taking responsibility and accept a return and instead I've solved the problem by buying the part I ordered from another company. Your attitude to customer service is dire, you took my money and wasted my time.

Many thanks for your prompt delivery of the required tap cartridge. Part delivered and fitted to resolve the issue of the dripping tap. Customers are often quick to criticise but just wanted to thank you for your fantastic service.
