Ive been with this surgery since the day I was born (40 years) and never in all that time have I been told I cant have an emergency appointment. Until today. Im 90% sure I have a chest infection, shivering with a temperature and horrendous cough. I was told that there are no appointments. Across 2 different practices! I was offered a telephone appointment for the following afternoon! And then told if its that bad go to A&E!!!! Absolutely despicable!!! UPDATE *************** I have since received a letter saying that I was abusive and swore at the receptionist on the phone. Complete fabrication!!!! I raised my voice because she raised her voice every time I expressed my frustration. She was very abrupt and rude to me! You will notice how they havent replied to any of the 1 star reviews here. And there are many. Just goes to show how LITTLE they care about their patients. DISGUSTING!!!!

All members of staff show an interest in your needs and all members are friendly, whomever you see be it receptionist, nursing or GP's. We are very lucky.

Ive had many experiences of GPs /GP surgeries whilst navigating my ongoing life long illness. Sadly, this was a negative one. Id heard good things about this practice and some of the Drs in particular. Unfortunately, I was made feel really small and I wasnt given time to express my symptoms. Very condescending tone and manner. Medical gaslighting at its finest!!! I left the surgery hysterically upset.

Through no fault of my own I have Mental Health problems diagnosed by psychiatric. All of them can't deal with it. Make false promises talk to me like a 6 year old yes I have problems but treat me with respect as I would you!! The only person in the both practice's who is kind and caring isn't a Dr but Sandy who takes the blood. The Dr's should take on her attitude towards patients with difficult problems sorry but this is so true. They avoid my situations which have built up and up. Wish Dr Taylor was still with the practice
