Poor customer service. I overheard a call handler making fun of another customer. I was charged twice for one policy. I'm still waiting for a refund 2 months later. Use another company.

So I accidentally paid twice & was told I'd get a full refund. Then I get told I have to pay 4.99 cancellation which I paid. Now they say I cant have a refund of any amount as its gone over 14 days so I've paid 24.99 for absolutely nothing. On top of that my car is 19 years old & they emailed me saying they dont cover cars over 15 years but they still took the 20. I've forwarded all the emails to watchdog who are looking into it & I am not the only person they have robbed. I'm disgusted with how I've been treated.
