Waited a week for a next day delivery e-scooter, absolutely no help from the depot who were meant to call me on 3 seperate occasions and never bothered to even try delivering. When it arrived I had to take it out of the van and upon opening I found that it had already been opened, ridden and repackaged incorrectly. Staff decided to use my scooter instead of delivering it apparently.

Absolutely appalling service item never arrived kept getting messages saying unable to find address its not exactly hard to find my address. Changed it to pick up point never got sent then finally said it was out for delivery today. Got a message saying unsuitable for pick up point its a jumper what is going on here will I ever get my package? Shocking service

Worst service ever. I took a day off work -unpaid- for an important delivery, waited all day, they never came and never bothered to let me know. 2 days later i still dont have my parcel! I called several times and they kept on giving me different information!

I was in they lie and say they cant deliver what a load of **** Im disabled and always in.
