Terrible customer service.

Returns procedure on website is completely misleading and inaccurate. Advises to go to post office but barcode on label is for drop off at EVRI location. EVRI cannot scan barcode. Label illegible. No mention on website customer expected to pay for return delivery. Totally inadequate information provided on website.

Disastrous experience on the website. An absolute waste of time and energy on a website that is so so so so badly done. After having completed the checkout form about 10 times in a row, and proceeded to payment attempts (without having a confirmation screen) a message came up saying the good was out of stock. It did it that for all the orders I tried to purchase (every time after the payment). And they charged me every time for it. The customer service number on the website is wrong as well. So Ive just wasted a whole afternoon and lost a lot of money. The lady I ended up having on the phone (thanks google) was useful so Lets see if I ever get refunded and if I ever receive one of the confirmed orders. I dont recommend this at all, a scandal. Sort your online shop out frankly.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the cashmere items I ordered and horrified to find I have to pay for the return postage and that all the shops have closed so there is no alternative. Pure items are no longer quality items.

Sorry to say AWFUL experience at Pure cashmere. I called to ask where my order was, as it was late and they decided to cancel it as they couldn't guarantee delivery???? This isn't a way to keep the business going. I requested they listen to my earlier call ? At no point did I say cancel this order! I did request they get a clear answer from Evri on what day it was coming ( I paid for next day ?) and asked if they could call me back to let me know. No call, I had to chase again and they said that it was cancelled and they weren't sure why??? The cashmere isn't so special and neither is the price point that you can't find at another more reliable retailer. I won't be returning or recommending in fact quite the opposite.
