        So helpful!! I had a click & collect order booked for collection this evening between 7pm & 8pm, but was held up at work so didnt get there until just gone 8pm. I went in and saw Suzanne on the Customer Services desk, who was super helpful and called the Duty Manager. He (I didnt manage to get his name!) then very quickly brought my shopping to the car with a smile! He dealt with a rejected substitution without fuss and even offered to help me load everything into the car! I wish Id got his name because he was absolutely delightful and really deserves a shout out!

        Staff friendly enough, shelves were half empty, if I wanted more than two of an item I would have been disappointed.

        They could be honest and check when you ask if thay have somthing , they just say if it's not on the shelf we don't have it , I go back 20 minutes later and the it is ?
