Had spiral refurbish our entire living room, hallway, staircase and upstairs landing. The quality of work seemed initially good, however not finished as agreed and has ignored our texts and calls. Foolishly we paid early in good faith (lesson learnt). The living room parquet is coming apart. Your customer care is awful to ignore your customers who also wanted to use you for more work as well as yearly floor servicing/ maintenance. Service: Repair flooring
