We met with Simon a couple of times before determining that Artistra were the company for us. Simon was professional, polite and friendly throughout the process and always available. Of course the competitive quote he provided was a contributing factor in our choosing but moreover it was key that we felt at ease during our interactions with Simon.

Artistra recently completed a two storey extension for us and an office cabin in the garden. Simon was very professional - he quoted, showed us pics of previous work, arranged the architect and structural engineers and explained clearly what was going on along the way. We had an issue with drainage which caused a delay to the project and we ended up going through a pandemic towards the end of the works (!!) but Simon was calm and collected throughout. He works hard and seems to genuinely care which we greatly appreciated. The project ran slightly over on timing and budget (unforeseen issues) but Simon managed our expectations along the way and did what he could to clawback time/cost on other parts of the build. We now have our dream home and an office to work from home in. Highly recommend.
