While out in town today saw the shop out of the corner of my eye and thought- I've got time! I've seen good reviews for this shop before! I was accepted as a walk in and I asked for a brow thread, she was careful and super fast and now my brows look amazing! I'm so impressed and happy! Service was great too, she was so nice and easy to talk to, I didn't ask for her name! I was really comfortable! Will be going back when my brows need doing again! Thank you! XX

I had individual eyelash extensions here, and never before had I experienced it be applied the way it was. Im not convinced it was done correctly as have had my lashes done by other technicians and have always had my eyes closed and pads down under eyes the whole time. This was not applied here and it was actually a very uncomfortable experience, was even asked to keep my eyes open and look down?! I have already had them falling out after 4 days and have even had to pull some out my self due to how theyve been glued on rock solid that I cant even brush through them to keep clean!! Theyre not fluffy at all (literally plastic) and actually hurt and made my eyes itch. Will never return here! am absolutely mortified by my experience to the point Im not going back and asking them to fix. I just hope no other poor girl has to go through this. Below are some photos of a couple I had to remove, I have only had in for 4 days and look at the glue placement! The clump directly in the middle of the lash which was causing so much irritation and ripped out my own natural lashes. Clump was rock solid couldnt brush through it.
