I love this nail shop and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Yen is amazing and all of the staff are lovely. My SNS nails are perfect and I have had lots of compliments. Thank you so much.

For 10 years have used a different nail bar. Tried this one recommended by friends and will never use my old one again! You can actually make an appointment and they keep to their times. Unheard of in my old place. The staff actually engage and are super friendly. But what is amazing is the friendliness amongst the customers. Its like a group of old friends! All ages, sharing experiences and general chitchat. Unheard of these days! The owner is lovely and I love the back story behind this place. Attention to detail is brilliant. Competitive prices. They have a loyalty card too. Always leave feeling positive and smiling.

I've been to Chloe's Nails and Beauty twice to get a gel manicure. The first time, I wanted my nails shorter, and the nail tech clipped them square without asking me what shape I would like. I picked out a lovely sparkling gold colour, but when she applied it, it was translucent, and with no base colour at all, you could see my nails underneath. Safe to say, I was not happy, but I paid, went home, and filed them to the shape I preferred. The second time was much better. I had a lovely manicure and chose white for my colour, and made sure to specify 'almond' shape. I left with beautiful nails, and I was a very happy customer. That was until two days later. My nails started BREAKING. I have never had an issue with my nails splitting as they are very strong, and I look after them well. As of now, I have 4 broken nails, some below the nail bed. I believe that my nails were filed down too thin, which has caused the splitting. After having two bad experiences, it is safe to say I will not be coming back. I have also noticed that the nail bars are very dirty, which makes me question the hygiene of this place. Not for me.

Horrendous! The place had a broken sliding door, was filthy inside and my nails look horrendous! Choice of colours is poor and the shape isnt even what I asked for. Never been so disappointed with my nails. The counter was filthy, even the lamp, I would highly recommend avoiding. I over looked the grubbiness because Id seen good reviews but I should have followed my gut. Cash only too, I wonder why hey! I certainly wont be going back! Service: Acrylic nails
