Very unhappy. We had an issue with our washing machine not working. TL;DR: Paid 125 for a 'fix' we didn't want and now have to fork out more for a proper fix. The engineer was in such a rush that we did not have any time to digest what we were being told. We were in a daze after he left, with no idea what just happened. He went ahead with the 'fix' without explaining or asking if it was what we wanted. If we had the choice we would have saved the money. The 'fix' was to disable our broken dryer function, charge us 125 for parts and labour, then to explain he would NOT fix the dryer properly, and we would have to buy a new washing machine. He also would not let us keep the broken part, making me suspicious whether it was even broken. So now we have to pay even more for another engineer to fix whatever this guy left us with, or get a new washer. If we had the choice we would have saved the money on the bodged fix and put the money towards a proper fix!
