Lost money because Byron Kitchens couldnt correctly measure our existing kitchen, messed us around for months until we finally had to give up and go elsewhere. Found out through his tradesman that his design was flawed and the style of doors he promised were not possible. Offered us some money back but never paid, always full of excuses.

I ordered a kitchen early 2019 for delivery in May 2019 which included paying a fee for the manufacturing slot. The delivery was several weeks late and had design issues and major parts missing. It is nearly a year later and many major issues are still not resolved, such as cupboard doors missing, breakfast bar never delivered and glass missing from cupboard doors. No idea when these items will arrive as many times promised but nothing arrives. Be aware too that the price does not include the installation and the installation will be much higher than normal as the unit carcasses are made at a different factory to the doors and you have to pay for this final assembly as additional cost... and this is when the problems start as you find out things do not fit together. Note, Byron Kitchens do not actually make their kitchens. There was one review I read before ordering and they also had similar issues... I ignored it and I really regret it. I have given up being nice to the supplier in the hope they deliver, so instead I am doing my review. I am now stuck with a part installed kitchen. My kitchen is 50K+ so far. People who visit my home cannot believe that my kitchen install is still so far from complete after a year. My wife is sad about it and embarrassed, so doesn't really want people round socially. She was hoping to enjoy the experience and now I have to deal with the supplier. It has used a lot of my time, it is stressful and worrying and I paid for a kitchen and quality service, not for this awful experience. I have been very patient and given many opportunities for issues to be resolved. I am extremely disappointed.

The worst experience of my life, feel like we are being punished for something we didnt do. Promised kitchen would be done in a moth and two years on kitchen not finished. Even the most basic thing as a sink we dont have. Lies, lies, lies and more childlike lies, fake delievery dates, and taken for fools and being slandered. Please avoid at all costs. Run with your lives and money. Save yourselves from pain you have not applied for. You know that excitement you have when you have when you work hard save your money and create your dream kitchen in your head and all that excitement is crushed and two years later no kitchen and all you have is deep hurt and pain thats me.
