Excellent service from Jo today at Clinkard Burford. She was very helpful in resolving a problem I had with some boots I bought a year ago. Its a great shoe shop, and a local chain I am always glad to support. Thank you!

What a wonderful shopping trip! I have not been to Burford for such a long time and came across Charles Clinkard. They have such a great selection of wonderful brands (I looooove the Gabor range). I was served by a lovely man called Sam. He was so attentive, kind and helpful really going out of his way to make sure he found exactly what I was looking for. Its so unusual to find staff that are so helpful and he clearly knows his stuff! I recently had surgery on my hip and he went out of his way to help me put the shoes on and fit me with a suitable insole. He really is a credit to the company and I will be back again the next time i'm in the Cotswold's!

Visited your Burford shop on Saturday and received excellent customer service from Joanne. Also really nice to see them celebrating their first birthday!!

What brilliant service! We called into this shop to look at the sale goods and received very impressive service from Joanne. Not only does the shop have proper 'old-fashioned' foot rests so that older folk like us can try on footwear easily but she instantly got a shoe horn to help and then personally fitted the shoes we wanted to try on. What a change from other places we have been to recently where you have to battle by yourself without proper a foot stool or a shoe horn - or any discernible service. Well done Charles Clinkard - and especially Joanne. Much appreciated.
