Manor Cottages

Indescribably awful customer service with staff absent or unwilling to help - passed from pillar to post when trying to clarify questions regarding check in and lost property. There is a complete breakdown of communication between Manor Cottages and the parent company Sykes Cottages - Ive never come across such a mess of a business. Inefficient, unhelpful, expensive and working solely for the landlord, not the customer.

After having our overseas holiday cancelled we decided to book a cottage in the Cotswolds. I can only say wow. The service from Manor Cottages was absolutely brilliant. The property we stayed at was perfect for the week away, as described and was in an awesome location. Any small issues were sorted by the team quickly and we will most certainly use them again.

Check prices on other websites before booking.I paid 70 more for a cottage on this website then I wouldve paid on booking.com. This is quite a big difference for a weeks holiday, and wouldve paid for some of our activities. Really annoyed and wont use this company again.It also almost looked as if we could have double booked, although the property no longer has availability on other websites.
