        Had a series of reflexology treatments weekly from around 12 weeks and continued throughout until the day before baby arrived. Initially wanted to get water retention under control but I really found the reflexology beneficial, it was a really relaxing hour each week and I am sure this contributed to the fact that I managed to stay fit and healthy right the way up to the arrival of baby. Couldn't recommend Karen more, a great person delivering a really great service.
