Thames Boiler Services

Needed a boiler, gas fire service and landlord gas safety certificate. A lot of companys don't do gas fires. Price was quoted over the phone. Pleased with work, price was fair and matched original quote. All paperwork as requested. Would recommend.

As a new first time customer, we called Thames Boiler Service for a small job, but vital to our rental business. Their response was very quick and the job was priced immediately next day. Mr Clanfield gave a very fair quote, politely and promptly, and we booked an appointment.The work was excellent and by the time engineer left, the bathroom had no mess whatsoever. Our vaillant boiler has been in tip top condition since the service. I found the engineer (Keith) to be very knowledgeable and most importantly honest, which is hard to come by! Thank you!

Very impressed with Thames Boiler Service, Ive used them time and time again for routine work and always had a good experience. Keith is always excellent! He promptly helped us out recently having suffered a disastrous boiler breakdown - zero hot water or heating! He removed our very old boiler and fitted a new one with thermostats on all radiators. They worked very hard to get the job done quickly, plus left the house clean Keith is always thorough but quick to spot problems, one of the main things I like about his service is that he explains the problems and possible solutions clearly and I will definitely be using Thames Boiler Service again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The highest expertise at a fair cost!

I received an unitemised bill, as have others. No breakdown of charges, hourly rate or cost of components despite frequent requests. No proof of purchase of components or receipt available so no evidence or justification of total charge - which simply did not reflect the time or complexity of the job.

A very fast and reliable experience . Very knowledgeable and not rip-off prices too! Great with vaillant boilers.
