        Hopeless project management leading to miss use of average contractors. Poor finishes and some costly mistakes. Project ran six months late and some aggressive customer interactions. Hard to recommend definitely a steer clear of recommendation. One year on and most of works have now been fixed by very helpful local builders and craftsmen, honestly can say not one piece of work they did was right, wrong materials, wrong dimensions, wrong installation, nothing straight... struggling to find one thing they actually got right... quite astonishing.

        Massive renovation project and not a single completed item in the build and one year late. Zero project management skills (no plans, implemented own designs as nobody directed, ever on site ... team left to get on with own ideas) and no customer service. Charm and no substance - shame for all the great team that worked on the project. Except the ones that stole our stuff as they left. Building wont pass building regs as they didnt follow plans so lots of work to be charged back to them. Seriously only managed to finish plasterboard in 18 months! Pity that threats are standard operating procedure. Thank goodness for legal buildings insurance. And their final parting are fictional invoices and withholding goods worth 30k paid for months ago and assuredly safe off site at Aquatec. Happy to provide supporting updates as we progress through courts. Thanks goodness for #ConsumerRightsAct2015 Happy to provide more details if you make mistake of dealing with Mr Jacobs or his team.

        David and his team have recently completed a complete refurbishment of our kitchen / diner. They've taken the room from a horrible 1960s shell and completely transformed it into a light, modern space in just a few weeks. David's team managed the whole process, completely taking the stress out of the construction period. Particular mention has to go to Josh, who managed the work day to day and whose input was invaluable to ensuring the finished product is the very best it could be. Would highly recommend D & N to anybody.
