        Joe took out an old bath and installed a lovely walk in shower for my elderly parents. It has a seat and grab rails. It is perfect for them and they are thrilled. We were on a very tight timescale as they were in hospital so we needed it sorted quickly before they came home. Joe sorted it all out for us and was professional and helpful at all times. Everyone we have shown the shower to have been so impressed with it. It has made such a difference to my parents, enabling them to stay in their own home. I would highly recommend JRS plumbing and heating. Service: Shower installation

        Joe came to service my boiler for the second year and during the usual checks found a small gas leak. Joe was great, he explained what was needed to fix it and next steps and the choices I had. It could have been very stressful but Joe did everything he could and needed to to fix the problem and ensure I was safe and not left in the cold without hot water! Thank you Joe!
