Sarah Allen Grooming Spa

I took our westie for a groom last Friday, as had only heard and read such great reviews and we were visiting my parents in Buntingford, so decided to book her in! Unfortunately we didn't receive the groom we asked for and to be honest the groom around her face was absolutely shocking. Worst of all we didn't get any real apology and was made to feel that it was our westie's fault - as she "didn't have the right bone structure or fur" for what we asked for and that our expectations were too high as it was a pet trim and not for a judging ring! Basically they shaved off her eyebrows, under one eye which has a big line clearly showing and almost bald below that side of eye, a flat head and shaved up her muzzle.... when I specifically said do not shave her eyebrows! The last groom she had by another groomer in May where we live was fabulous and was what we asked for, so how could one groomer do such a good job, if Sarah's team couldn't, didn't listen and then totally blamed it on our girl. She looks awful! Would not go there again, we've been doing a much better job ourselves for the last 4 years and the last groomer we used in May did too.

Used This groomers for almost 3 years, wont go anywhere else because they know him, look after him and he comes out amazing! 100% reccommend ******
