Worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with in my professional career. They're only interested in renewing your lease, their sales person (Daniel) in my case will approach you to sign a contract offering to reduce the price you pay monthly. While you still have over two years left on the contract signed by the previous person in your position and offer to cancel the previous contract on the promise you sign a new FIVE YEARS CONTRACT. If you refuse cause you can sense he seems like a snake oil salesman, he'd stop contacting you and try to move to another one of your colleagues to try the same stunt. WATCH OUT FOR THEM. they only truly care about money not services. When you order ink from them good luck receiving it on time. I have never ever been soooo happy to end a contract when it was time to leave, will much rather do the extra work of managing our printers. Will only recommend their services to my enemies. Their name should be First Class BS in opinion.

Worst communication ever! good at taking money and making promises and when it comes to delivering - last-minute price change or don't call back.

Absolute dire company. They seriously couldn't care less about you as a valued customer once you've signed a contract with them. Countless problems of ink not turning up when it has run out, and parts for printers take days to come as well. You speak to managers and they're just as careless it's seriously unbelievable. The irony of their name even mentioning the words first class is laughable.

NOT RECOMMENDED, 0 customer service post sale, never respond or do what is asked. Even the MD has ignored me!

Scruffy little firm with very bad manners. Service is diabolical. RIP off merchants. Steer well clear. Use a reputable manufacturer direct.
