Fantastic estate agents. Went over and beyond to help us in buying our first property. Friendly, kind and never made me feel like I was a nuisance. Even though I was phoning daily! Would recommend 100%!

Went to view a property in Buntingford, was called by Lorraine (who was always very professional and delightful to deal with) to say Chris is running late from the viewing before ours. We arrived 5 mins after our appointment time as we knew he was running late and waited outside the house for 20 minutes, then called to check what was happening only to be told very rudely by Chris that he had gone back to the office and was not coming back because we weren't there the exact minute he finished his last appointment!! Completely unacceptable that we had driven for 2 hours to get there, only to be left talking on the phoneto a rude, arrogant business owner who kept making it clear he was not moving! Showed no interest or concern we had come so far and were genuinely interested in the property only to be let down and left fuming having wasted 4 hours of our day going to and from this property and wasting petrol thanks to Chris Dellar, absolutely appauling!
