        Bought Radiator Cover Slight damage on one end and after several emails they refused to send a end replacement Poor customer service and would advice dealing with this company Simple solution to replace end only but would not do this !

        Bought a few packs of furniture that went together easily and the finish is top quality x x fabulous

        Contacted this company and went to their warehouse to pay for and collect my sofa. Got home and unwrapped it and it was the wrong colour. Contacted them via messages to advise and they said I could go back to them and change it. I had to hire a van, pay for fuel and travel an hour and a half to get this sofa. I refused and said this was their error and they needed to deliver the correct colour sofa and take this one away. They refused to do that and said 'no returns' despite this being their error. They then blocked me so I could not contact them anymore. This company is awful, I'm now left with a sofa I do not want and 700 out of pocket!
