I just came here to say wow! What a company! From the minute we enquired with Dan & Helen, we felt like valued customers. We decided to go ahead and use Superlofts and we do not regret it one bit. Dan the owner of Superlofts reassured us and provided a quote that was within our budget and he managed to keep the build within that price! Our Loft conversion started 8th March 2023 and we moved upstairs mid April! Mark and Dan were exemplary, punctual everyday, answered all of our questions and involved us in lots of decisions. Any issues found there was always a solution. They worked tirelessly to get the build done in stages. If Mark said the stairs were going in next Friday, you can bet they were!! Mark even helped me with our walk in wardrobe and where to position the walls, I am so pleased he did! Turns out women arent alway right! Superlofts also replaced our back boiler heating system into a new combi boiler and changed all of our radiators, we have an all singing and dancing heating system with Hive installed. If you are looking for a company that values their customers, produces high quality finishes and sticks to a timeline, then look no further! Today we passed our build and are signed off! Weve already booked in for further extension works later on in the year! Note: If you struggle with names pretty much everyone is called Dan Thanks again!! John and I are so thrilled with our beautifully renovated home by Superloft what was a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom is now a 5 bedroom 5bathroom with two dressing rooms and 2 walk in wardrobes. Superlofts team are nothing less than incredible. Time keeping excellent. Ideas are amazing. We have more than we asked for. They work as a team, and I am only sssume thats why mistake were not made. I was constantly informed with progress . Thank you Danny Clark and your fabulous team for our beautiful new home. I highly recommend you.
